Return & Refund Policy

At Peach by Flor, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the personal nature of our cosmetic products, we have established the following return and refund policy to ensure product safety and hygiene.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the original shipment date.

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• All original seals and protective packaging must remain intact.

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the shipment date.

• Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

Non-Refundable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all opened or used cosmetic products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

This includes products that have been opened, tested, applied, or used, even if only once.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Products that do not meet our return eligibility requirements will not qualify for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us tat  sales@peachbyflor.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us for return instructions.

Additional Information

Peach by Flor reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
